Yoga comes from Sanskrit ‘Yuj’ means “connect” or “unite”. Yoga is one technique for connecting human consciousness with the Divine. This statement does not mean “union” of God and man in physics, but of consciousness. Actually, instead of a separate God from man, but men that broke away.

Ignorance (avidya) is the cause of separation between man and God. This type of unification is difficult to achieve. However, every effort although there remains a small benefit.
