1. Try to have time to sleep and wake up a regular.

3. Add one tablespoon of honey in a glass of warm milk. Drinking before bed.
4. Read a book before bed can also be a good choice of activities.

Poor night’s sleep is increasingly becoming a habit many people. For this group of 3-4 hours sleep a night is enough. But if you want to get healthy benefits of sleeping seven hours a night sleep should not be bargained.  During this community know that the optimal sleep as much as eight hours per day. But new research shows it to sleep for seven hours each night can help a person become healthier.

Experts have found that sleeping for seven hours will give an optimal health, while the number of hours of sleep a more or less than seven hours can pose a risk for someone special.  A study of 30 000 adults has found that cardiovascular diseases such as stroke and heart attack will occur two times higher in people who sleep less than five hours a day. Meanwhile, those who slept nine hours or more also have the same risk.

Yoga is a great way to reduce your stress and used to soothe the body and channel the mind. The following techniques will focus the mind to relax each body part.  Lie on your back and padding the waist to the top by putting a pile of blankets to the shoulders slightly raised. This position is open the upper chest and lungs to breathe free (called Savasana position). Take a few minutes to relax the body. Release the tension legs, hands, stomach and face.

Calm your mind and focus on each part of the body one by one. Close your eyes and let the eyes relax the lids. Loosen up the temples and forehead. Relax the region between both eyes. Do not underestimate the time sleeping at night. Just one sleepless night you can trigger insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes component. Thus according to recently published research of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, Endocrine Society.

“The duration of sleep is quite short in Western societies in the past decade have increased the prevalence of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes,” said Esther Donga University of Leiden, the Netherlands, which became the main authors of this study. “Our findings indicate that a short night’s sleep has a major effect on metabolic regulation.”

Previous studies have found that the decrease in duration of sleep for several nights lead to disturbances of glucose tolerance. As this study represents the first research that examines the effects of just one night sleep deprivation on insulin sensitivity.  In this study, researchers tested nine healthy people, once after they had slept the night with a normal duration (about eight hours), and once after the subjects slept only four hours a night.
