LEG tired because all day activity and travel long distances, need to be refreshed. Do some of these treatments, to indulge at the same time restore the freshness that is missing from your legs. Foot soak
One of the most favored treatment is to soak the feet. The trick, fill baskon or bucket with warm water, and pour a half cup of salt into it until late into the UK. You can also include a plucked rose petals, or lavender flowers that have been added into the water destroyed. A few drops of peppermint oil is also a perfect choice for blood circulation.
Soak the feet in the water mixture and you will immediately feel the tension disappear. To get a complete body treatment, might as well put on a mask of honey or strawberries to the face. Let your feet soak for 10 to 20 minutes, then dry using a clean towel. Apply the lotion to moisturize the feet, especially those containing peppermint to refresh it.
